Mijas Golf View

A super ground floor apartment over looking the fantastic views of the Mijas Golf course and mountainous views beyond. Relax in comfort in our 2 bedroom apartment. Our apartment is fully furnished with tv, wifi, washing machine, air -con in the living/dining room and in the main bedroom. a travel cot with bedding, 2 bathrooms, free parking and use of three communal pools. Our apartment is perfect for two couples of for families with 2 children. Popular beaches within a short 10 minute drive. Our family apartment has recently undergone a fresh make over and modernised some of its amenities to include a new washing machine, linen and new mattresses throughout. Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. OUT AND ABOUT There are several bars and places to eat within a short drive. Across the road to the right is bar Mon2Sun which is an English owned/run bar with a small choice of bar meals and a friendly clientele. If you prefer a sit down restaurant style meal then Venta La Torre just past Mon2Sun offers a good choice of menu. Should you wish to drive then by turning right out of the entrance and driving around a Km you will find a couple of bars and a couple of Indian restaurants including 'Swaghat' who do a delivery service and are highly recommend. Da Pucci Trattoira-Pizzeria is an excellent restaurant and is one of our favourite places to eat. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment with very friendly English speaking staff where you will find the vast majority of things you need. Although the prices are slightly higher than the bigger supermarkets they are still reasonable. If you have small children and want to tire them out, then 'Yoyuba' which is just over two miles heading left out of the drive, is an indoor adventure play area with a set up similar to the 'wacky warehouses' in the UK but with a wooden rope type course and a children's disco area. The owners are Canadian and very friendly and the food is all home made, delicious and reasonably priced and they offer adult menus as well as children menus. There is a ten pin bowling alley next door but we haven't been there so can't tell you anymore about it. The Miramar shopping centre is around four miles away and is similar to a UK shopping mall but for more fun they have two petrol go cart courses on the roof which I can assure you are just as much fun for adults as they are for children, and yes you do get competitive. Just outside the centre is a large skate park which also has a bar serving very good food, the half chicken and chips is very nice. The Mijas Aquapark is only three miles away and is a great day out for young and old alike. The zoo or Biopark is just over three miles away, also highly recommended. The beaches at Fuengirola are about a ten minute drive and stretch for miles. You will also find a large selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and many are English owned/run. We recommend a cafe called PlanB which is English owned. Also, on the port, is an excellent English bar called Maisy's who do a fantastic breakfast and Sunday lunch as well as s good selection of other meals The beaches at La Cala, which are about a 15-20 minute drive are quieter, especially in the summer months. For the ladies (and gents) who want to visit a hairdressers there is one in Fuengirola near to the Mercadona supermarket called Linda's Hair where they do hair, nails eyebrows etc. in the morning the girl speaks very good English and next door is a very nice cafe which do fantastic cakes. Not forgetting of course the fabulous golf courses of Los Olivos and Los Lagos, which you look out onto, and are part of the Mijas Golf Internacional golfing complex, details of which can be found in the brochure. ****DISCOUNT OFFERED TO RETURNING GUESTS****
